Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Seem Social Inc. ("Seem Social", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information on this website, seem.social. Our apps have their own policies where required — for example, TimeTo's privacy policy.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose, and your message. We use them only to read and reply to your inquiry.
Booking. If you book a call, scheduling happens through Google Calendar's appointment page. Google's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). GA4 sets cookies and processes data on Google's servers. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising or sell data.
How your message travels
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service provider that processes data in the United States. Your message is transmitted over HTTPS, sent to us as an email, and is not stored in any database of ours beyond that inbox.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal information. We don't send marketing email — if you write to us, you hear back about your inquiry, nothing else. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. If your inquiry becomes a project, related correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and applicable legal record-keeping periods.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA — and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK GDPR — you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cs@seem.social and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also disable cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
