1. About TimeTo

TimeTo is a collaborative timer and alarm application that allows users to create and join shared timer or alarm rooms that synchronize in real time across participants. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including individuals, groups, and organizations.

2. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

TimeTo is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or you are using the app with parental permission. The operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use TimeTo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Interfere with its operation
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Misuse shared rooms in ways that harm others

The operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

4. Rooms & Shared Experiences

Anyone with a valid room code, QR code, or access link may join a room. Room creators manage access and optional passwords. Timing information is shared with all participants. The operator of TimeTo is not responsible for how shared rooms are used by participants.

5. Notifications & Timing Accuracy

Timing accuracy may be affected by network conditions, device settings, or system limitations. Notifications are delivered via operating system services and may be delayed, muted, or blocked. TimeTo should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or life-dependent situations.

6. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all activity under your account. Contact the operator immediately if access is compromised.

7. Privacy

Use of TimeTo is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and branding related to TimeTo and Seem are owned by the operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer the app, or use TimeTo or Seem branding without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

TimeTo may rely on third-party services. The operator is not responsible for availability or reliability of third-party services or issues caused by external platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TimeTo is provided "as is" and "as available." The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The operator of TimeTo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including missed notifications, scheduling conflicts, or loss of data.

12. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated with changes reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using TimeTo at any time. Access may be suspended if Terms are violated or use creates risk or harm.

14. Governing Law

Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
